Let’s talk face masks—not the football kind, but the kind that you rub all over your face for a fresh and radiant reveal!
Papaya Power – papayas are full of enzymes that repair damage, exfoliate skin, and fade age spots. This couldn’t be easier—just slice open, rub it on, let it dry, then rinse it off!
Go Bananas – mashed up plain, or mixed with ¼ cup plain yogurt and 2 Tablespoons of honey. Smear it on, let stand for 10-20 minutes, rinse, and enjoy silky soft skin.
Sow Some Oats – keep that honey and yogurt out and add 2 Tablespoons of each to 1 egg white and oatmeal that’s mixed with a less than normal amount of water. Mix, apply, wait, and rinse.
Hold the Mayo – instead of on a sandwich, try spreading this moisturizing condiment all over your face!
Lighten Up – mix the juice of one lemon with a ¼ cup olive or almond oil, or 1 Tablespoon of yogurt to lighten dark patches and tighten saggy skin.
Avocado Awe – forget the guacamole dip, save those avocados for an exfoliating, moisturizing mask! Combine one with an egg white, 2 Tablespoons of oatmeal, and one teaspoon of lemon juice, apply liberally, hang out for about 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
